South Orange Property Services Inc is a small and personal family run business and has been serving the Central Florida area since February 2005.

We are keen, eager and willing to make your guests stay, here in Florida a truly great experience. This begins by working with our owners to ensure their properties are in the best condition possible and ends with ensuring your guests have a wonderful time and their expectations of their accommodation are exceeded.
Our pro-active attitude as opposed to a re-active attitude pays dividends. Don’t just take our word, read some of the comments from both our owners and guests and we would be more than happy to provide contact details for UK owners and guests who are prepared to give a verbal reference.

It is proven that recommendation is the best form of advertising and it is from recommendation that we source our business. Our owners are also finding that guests that have visited their homes are rebooking again for the future.

Many Management Companies ‘guarantee’ bookings – we don’t, in fact we don't do rentals at all: we prefer that our owners choose who stays in their homes. We do however provide a free listing on our web-site with any enquiries being passed directly onto the owner. We can help with marketing material and have lots of ideas on how to make your property stand out from the rest.

We understand that to buy a home here is a huge investment and consider ourselves business partners to all our clients sharing in the success and responsibility of owning a property abroad.
